Youth Leadership Training

There are three option of the  id adventure Youth Leadership Training program involving venue: first in the city and not far from everyday life, second in the outdoor with adventure situation and third the combination of both. Both of the program are three days to a week program.

Basix Leadership Training with Social-Cultural and City Life Exposure

Participants leadership skills are challenged facing with real condition around school. More than just basic knowledge and basic practice of organizational skills (e.g. set up organization vision and mission, public speaking, setting up program and budgeting, technical meeting, presentation skills, program report, etc) participants also had another experience to enrich their skills. Like a flying camp participants are working with their team in a hotel, in the school, in public facilities around the cities learning about their city society. Their leadership would have cultural vision by meeting real artist, technology expert, ancient traditional conservation, language, norm, history, and local communities. Leadership skills are sharpened by meeting with people of the cities in their present social & cultural situation. Program of the organization will have bigger and global vision root.

Basic Leadership Training with Personal Development Program in the Adventure Atmosphere

Participants Basic Leadership Training are challenged facing with real condition outdoor away from everyday life. More than just basic knowledge and basic practice of organizational skills (e.g. set up organization vision and mission, public speaking, setting up program and budgeting, technical meeting, presentation skills, program report, etc) participants also had another experience to enrich their skills. In a flying camp participants are working with their team in a camp, in the water, in a mountain climbing around the outdoor learning class. Their leadership skill would have authentic character by meeting real breathtaking and risking simulation. Nature and ID Adventure facilitator sharpened leadership and many other like sportsmanship, teamwork, reflection skill, and communication skills. Leadership skills are sharpened by meeting with their authentic self before challenge and simulation.

Advance School Leadership Boot Camp Program

Participants are given tools and model to lead them self and others in the school community. It is a shark tank for LEADERS program which means the pace is fast and only the best team of selected students in school will pass and understand how to use them effectively. Ideally done in 1 day.
